WOMAN'S POEM

Before I lay me down to sleep,
I pray for a man, who's not a creep,
One who's handsome, smart and strong.
One who loves to listen long,
One who thinks before he speaks,
One who'll wash the car, not wait for weeks.
I pray he's gainfully employed,
When I spend his cash, won't be annoyed.
Pulls out my chair and opens my door,
Massages my back and begs to do more.
Oh! Send me a man who'll make love to my mind,
Knows what to answer to 'how big is my behind?'
I pray that this man will love me to no end,
And always be my very best friend.

MAN'S POEM

I pray for a deaf-mute nymphomaniac with huge boobs
who owns a pub and a golf course.

This doesn't rhyme and I don't care.

I like your poem better. I do remember a funny one from about 30 years ago. I want the same thing you do in your poem only reversed. But here is the man's poem:

I have met the perfect woman
I cannot ask for more
She's deaf and dumb and blind
And owns a liquor store

Enjoy Dear!!!!!

That was cute. As far as finding my perfect partner, I really
thought I had, until he got into his senior years. Now he tends
to get mad quickly and yells alot. I think it's mainly from a
collision he had many years ago, that he might not have fully
recovered from. It caused a brain aneurism and his memory
hasn't been the same since either. But he's the driver of the
car,and I hope he can maintain his facilties for many years
yet, as I rely on him to grocery shop and take care of things.
And I also still need a companion and sometimes a care
giver in general. I know he'd rather be in a quiet village some-
where in Mexico, selling paintings, but he can't go there for
awhile. So he might be blaming me for not completing his
dream for retirement. As I told him, these are the "for worse"
years, and he took vows for them as well as the good.

Sometimes, letting go seems like the easiest thing to do. But think about this: you've invested so much of your time and energy into another person; you've made a solemn promise; and you still know there's love, even if it's hiding underneath the surface. This website will show you how to save a marriage and avoid divorce, even if you're the only one trying https://tr.im/yxS7o

I've definately got my perfect man.....and we've been married 19yrs. He's fully house-trained...lol, knows about the best washing powders/tablets better than me, is a dab hand with a duster and makes perfect chips lol. We are certainly best friends. He has been my Carer due to my disabilities for almost 14yrs. And he laughs at my jokes!

First of all there is no such thing as perfect. If you want a perfect partner stay out of all relationships and be alone with yourself.

Sylvia ,you are so funny! MY husband is a pessemist and I'm an optomist . We have found a happy medium somewhere in between. Not always perfect , but steady and reliable.

Alas, alack the rhyme gets worse
The bounder he will steal your purse
He stole your heart away from me
When I was absent having a wee
I have to run quite often now
And he cut in across your prow
His bus pass I will tear in two
Oh yes I,will that's what I'll do
