Yes in most cases. The teacher is allowed to kick you out of the classroom if he feels you are a disturbance to the class. Talking in class out of turn or too loudly can be punished but usually not very severely. The problem is that you talked back. You are supposed to show respect to your teachers and most schools have something like that in either its rules or mission statement. The only exception possibly is if he was targeting you specifically with malice or out of spite then it is a different story. This is very unlikely and hard to prove and is just more of a distraction. In the future don't talk unless you are asked to or told too.

This is a sad statement about the youth of America. There will always be someone acting up in class, but if you actually don't know if the teacher has the right to kick you out, then you're not the brightest crayon in the box. You probably act up because you don't know what the hell is going on.

Pretty much. It's your teacher's classroom, and your school's rules. If you were causing a disturbance and disrupting other students learning or preventing the teacher from effectively teaching, then unfortunately yes, your teacher can kick you out of class and refer you to a higher authority.

It depends on the situation. If you were debating free speech, and you respectfully stated that you were privileged to have your own opinion, and speak freely about it, the no.
BUT, if you were just being downright disrespectful, yes, he SHOULD kick you out. If you are in a public school, you need to remember that it is the only free ride you'll get in life. You make the experience count. If you are rude and disrespectful, and keep others from getting the education they desire, then you need to be expelled from class.

You bet. You are in school to learn, not to socialize. Talking disrupts the learning of other students, and shows you are not paying attention. It also marks you as a disrespectful brat. I would suggest growing up a little.

Yes, he can. School is not a democracy. It's a dictatorship. The teacher rules. The students drool. (And judging by your grammar, you could use as much schooling as you can stand.)
As advice, you have to learn to pick your battles.
As one of my favorite movie character (Mr. Keating, "Dead Poets' Society") would say...."There's a time for daring, and a time for caution, and a wise man knows which is called for."

Why are you being such a jerk and talking when the teacher is trying to teach your young a-s something!!!!!!!
If you were my kid and the teacher or principle called to tell me you did something so disrespectful - you would be in SO MUCH TROUBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would NEVER, EVER be a teacher today because of little jerks like YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely! You need to show respect to your teachers. It's their classroom so their rules. You definitely need to stop talking so you can learn how to spell too.

Hell yes he can, and should. You kids need to get some respect in your nasty little bodies. I would be ok with teachers hitting kids a little. Slap a little sense into you kids. You should apologize to your teacher for making him do it.
