well 4 starters we hav been best friends for 5 years, and ive ran out of gift ideas. ive given her bath and body stuff. clothes, and ive given her jewelry. im not entirely sure.

How about a gift card at a store she likes? CD by her favorite? Gift card for a restaurant? Gas Station?
