Blocking them just makes it harder for them to track you down, but if they know what section you are in most then they can find you and TD you unfortunately.

Oh yes indeedy.............the trolls are doing it to me despite the blocking ...........on saying that..........have not had a violation or a TD for a while, was wondering why I felt lonely..........well any mate is better than being billy no mates isn't it?
