you can-first dry the seeds.
- second after they are dried place ina paper bag
-third to go through dormant stage you must
put them in the freezer for 4-5 weeks in the paper
bag date the out side of bag
-forth place in planter,seeds about 3/4-inch in soil,
water, & add miracle grow -one teaspoon per
gallon of water,as not to over do. it takes3-4
months of watering until you get results

It is very difficult to get them to germinate and survive. Most people grow grapes from young vines, and they take about three years before you should let them fruit.
However, you can try it.

yes, let them dry, place them on a damp paper towel, keep towel damp but not wet, till they sprout, place in a soil,
and wait 3 yrs,
