The high ratings for the Maury show speak for itself. No, I don't watch it but for a short time I did. I think the Jerry Springer show has maury beat when it comes to trashiest.

The show is too exaggerated and over acting. I watched couple of his shows and later I grew tired of those crappy segments. I don't really care who is the real father of that baby. I don't really care about female preteens being prostitutes. I don't care about overweighted children. I don't care about any of those people. Maury is wasting his life on doing that kind of show. Instead of showing these people with attitude and/or family problems to the public audiences and helping them, why not do it without doing a show about it. It's boring and it's crap. It embarasses those people in public television. It's like that Jerry Springer show.

I think most American television is for children. I stopped watching all of those shows long ago. The trashiest show is definitely the Jerry Springer show.

Maury Povich is just a synonym for trash. If I see his name on the cable guide I skip that channel immediately.

I guess they can be entertaining to some people. I don't like them. Yes, I think they're trashy (Maury, Jerry, etc.) It's so obvious that they exaggerate the story & ask the people to hype up their "stories". Sometimes when they fight, you can see them crack a smile - low class people, in my opinion.
