Montana comparison is the best!
3 Superbowl wins, so far compared to 4 for Montana
2SB MVP, so far to Montana's 3
Great leader and teammate!
Limited physical ability! neither are considered a serious running threat but if need be they can pick up a key first down during a tight game!

I'd say Brady has had less talent around him compared to the great teams Montana was on during the late 80's (Rice, Taylor, Rathman, Craig those guys were GREAT!) Who has Brady had up to this year? (Dillon? Troy Brown?? clearly these guys aren't in the same category as Rice and Craig!)

all and sundry with a good working ideas could say sure. 3 great Bowls, 2 great Bowl MVPs, NFL MVP, All-professional, professional-Bowl, checklist for many TD passes in a season (50). sure, there's no question he's corridor of recognition fabric. he would be a known pollcorridor of Famer. you won't be able to truly say that Matt Cassel grew to become into evidence of Brady being a equipment QB. Cassel had a various ability set and Belichick replaced the offensive equipment to extra healthy in with Cassel's ability set. Cassel grew to become into extremely in a various equipment so he's not evidence of Brady being a equipment QB. Brady has the kit to succeed everywhere, no longer in basic terms NE. Vinatieri could have technically "gained" the excellent Bowls with a FG, yet Brady had to steer the sport-triumphing drives. additionally in those circumstances, the FG grew to become into only the impressive soccer decision; i.e. the Rams, 9 seconds left and a FG wins, any coach is going for the FG there.

Brady as of right now i would say Aikman.

Brady when its all said and done maybe Montana.

i dont think the qb's from back in the day would do good in the NFL of today. guys are faster and stronger. Manning and Brady do good because they got great o-lines and know when to get rid of the ball.

Joe Montana. Very few mistakes, spreads the ball out and is a proven winner, regardless of the circumstances. Terry Bradshaw is a close second.

I'd say Joe Namath. He's got that charisma and confidence that Broadway Joe had. Tom really has the press and the fans fawning over him like Joe had also.

Joe Montana because they are both good QB's and good in the clutch, and both are very overrated because they play on superior teams.

I would say John Elway. For the simple fact that when their backs were against the wall, they both left it all on the field no matter the out come.
