The Best Of Nicktoons (1998) has it with 40 other tracks not associated with Randy or country.
It was featured on a Nickelodeon cartoon for the series "Hey Arnold", when one of Arnold's friends, Mr. Hyunh, was discovered to have singing talent.
Episode 302 features Randy speaking for Mr. Hyunh whenever he's going to sing. He also runs into country star "Travis Randall" at the end, which of course is really the likeness of Randy Travis played also by Randy.

It definitely is best of nicktoons as noted elsewhere. If you're just looking for country music, I can assure you the rest of the CD is not. It's a great song, though.

I am not sure, but I will say if you want just one song it is cheaper to go to itunes where the sell songs for about a buck.
