An acquaintance of mine has started up a new "feed" site called Feed Each Other (which has nothing to do with food) at http://feedeachother.com What would you use it for?

A "site feed" gives your readers a special way to read your updated blog entries. Instead of going to your blog page, they can see your entries as soon as they are published, using software for reading syndicated content called a "newsreader." People who read a lot of blogs like this option because they can see the latest entries from all their favorite blogs in one place. It's a lot like checking email.

Another way to look at a feed is to compare it to the headline "crawl" that you see on some newscasts. It's like a brief summary of new content.

Feeds are not limited to blogs. They be used to publicize any website update.

Its a feed reader, like feedburner and other site, u use a feed reader to display feeds from other sites for example at http://www.certifiedreviewsites.com/

The feeds from other site are displayed at the bottom, thats basically the function of a feedreader.
