No, unless you need to because of school experiences, or work problems (outside with no toilet), etc. Some boys and men can't pee unless they have complete privacy. I had that problem from middle school on. I couldn't go at school when others were in the boys room. It is called bashful bladder, pee shy, stage fright. Paruresis is the psychological and medical term. About 1 in 7 men and some women suffer from it. So I held my bladder for 9 or 10 hours until I got home. It was uncomfortable but it didn't harm me. Be sure when you have a toilet available which is private that you drink enough water so that your urine is clear at least sometime during the day. Holding that long can cause a bladder infection. But I never had one.
Maybe you have a big bladder and don't need to go only twice a day. Some men do. I envy them. There is no problem waiting 10 to 12 hours to go. I have known a few men and women who are so endowed.

Think of your poor balls, and kidneys.
The urine can cause back up. Do you know what I mean? You have to go to release, and if you drink, and more urine is filtered it will go directly into the system causing overflow, and a potential trip to the doctor's or worse.
Is there a purpose you hold it so long, sir?
