If there are really psychics, they would be winning the lottery already....and how would anybody know he/she is psychic?

I would say yes, because she or he could foresee whether they would award the money, and if they would not award it, the psychic would not waste his or her time by playing the lottery. Does that make sense ?

Having a developed psychic ability is not, unfortunately, a magical, all seeing power. Regardless of media portrayal!! lol If only it was.
If you are meant to be wealthy then it will come your way regardless of your beliefs.
