No, and only by sheer luck because my hair has always been long, straight and very thick. I worried about it when my son was in school. Whew! Because with my hair I'd have had to cut a lot of it. If I had or when I do, I'm giving it to Locks of Love. I did it once when I had to have chemo. I cut it before... 17 inches and no lice... lol!

Yep, got'em from my youngest daughter who got'em at school. Used an O.T.C. bug shampoo & got rid of them. Then cleaned & sanitized the beds, clothes, carpets, linens etc. to make sure we didn't get them back. D.d had so many nits, we cut her hair very short to get rid of them. It broke my heart to cut her hair (long,blond curls) but it grew back.

confident I even have them now and have performed for months not something works so I gave up attempting to do away with them they don't hassle me and that i don't itch so why hassle. i don't enable all of us placed there head close to mine and that i've got my very very own towel and brush. no person in my family contributors has caught them from me so what's the panic.

yes i did in third grade. everyone in my house had to use this nasty shampoo that looked like tar and smelled like garbage. every day i had to use this comb to pick out the lice and they were disgusting and laid eggs everywhere.

Yep, when I was about 9 I had it. I had to use a special shampoo and a comb.

yes.. my niece came over to visit and my brother didnt know she had it and we all got it including me and my 3 kids.. it is awful... I scratched my head for like a month just thinking i had it.. ewwwww.. i dont wanna think about it..

Yes, my best friend had them and she passed them on to me; I think I was about 4 or so. She also gave me the chicken pox.
