Do you have a scarf? If so, fold it corner to corner and tie it around your waist. It will make for a great accent in addition to bringing in the blouses' bagginess. A wide belt, the dressy kind that you wear on the outside of a shirt works great too.

Well, if you have any wider belts you can wear a belt over the shirt, and it will pinch your waist and make it appear smaller and less baggy. Hopefully this helps, otherwise the only thing I could think of is tuck it it, but you probably don't want to do that...

You may be able to find a fitted jacket to wear over it that conceals the 'baggyness'.
The only other option I could think of is to just not wear it, and get a more fitted one that you've tried on at the store next time.

if you have a fitted jacket to wear over it, just pull all the excess to the back and tie it with an elastic band. The beauty of the jacket is, no one will see the ponytail. btw- why do you have to wear it? maybie i could post a more apropriate answer for a different situation.

if you are wearing trouser pull your trousers up and over the top and make it look good by putting a nice belt on or just use your imagination and use the scissors

easy wear something tight on the bottom or try another shirt good luck
