For me it's got to be the sun I'm always happy when it's shining!! but I like the others you've got listed there as well for their own cute and funny little reasons.

If it's a warm rain, I love it. If it's snowing and the air is orange colored and it's not freezing, I love it. If it's a cool (but not too cool) breeze at night with the stars out, I love it. I love sun, too. :-)
