We live in SW Ohio.
We have some plumbing issues but money is tight and I have no clue what a plumber would charge me. My kitchen sink pipe leaks (pvc), my dishwasher is no longer draining, and my washing machine also won't drain. For the dishwasher, the water just sits in the bottom of the machine, for my washing machine, it just goes back and leaks all over the floor.
My toilet, shower and bathroom sink are fine so I don't think it's a septic problem and the septic was drained 16 months ago.

Sounds like you have several separate issues here. What type of kit. sink pipe are we talking about, drains or water feed? If it's drain line then it could be as simple as tightening the nuts at each joint. PVC piping doesn't leak thru the sidewalls unless they have been cut or cracked by a severe blow of some sort. If it's the water feed lines, then it could be an issue from some joint or the faucet or the valves, etc. You will need a plumber for that. As for the dishwasher, you'll probably need a repair tech to look at the pump in the bottom of the unit, sounds like something is plugging the screen that covers the pump, or got through the screen and lodged in the pump. The washing machine also has a problem which can't be diagnosed here. You'll need a major appliance repair person for that, a plumber won't be much help. Plumber's, by the way, charge between $50 and $65/ hour in most areas.

Here is some help with that dishwasher. The motor is stuck. You need to make sure the dishwasher is off, then remove the access panel at the bottom. Take your fingers and turn the fan blades on the motor until it turns freely. Put the access panel back on and run the dishwasher empty a couple times in a row. Hope this helps.

it seems that the pipe that these items drain in to is clogged. It is probably at the kitchen sink trap(elbow). The plumber will probably charge you 100.00

Do you have a disposal in sink ? if so it has probably plugged the kitchen drain line and if your washer is in that same line it will have to be cleaned.
