Absolutely. The baby is here, why not get a DNA test?

Going by her due date of Oct. 26th. she would have conceived her little boy on or around Feb 2nd. Since you 2 hooked up jan. 1st. Then no I don't think there is a chance he is yours. If she was to conceive on or around Jan. 1st. (the time you hooked up) her due date would have been Sept 24. But since it was Oct. 26th that is a whole month difference. But if you really want to make 100% sure ask her to get a DNA test done. Good Luck.

Absolutely not! The period for full human gestation is a full 9 months, give or take a couple days. Some people do have babies earlier, due to complications, others may have one a little later, but anything later than a week or so would prompt a doctor to seriously consider inducing birth. One month late means the baby isn't yours.
On the other hand, if you and your X are still compatible, become a father to the babe and give it and your X all the support you can.

NO, and we are actually pregnant for 10 months or a full 9 months.... 40 weeks. You dont count 40 weeks from Jan 1st. The sperm lives in her body foe a while. Conception could have happened Jan 4th. even though she didnt have sex that day(assuming). However you dont count Jan 4th either. Go by the fist day of her last period which was probably the end of December. So if it was your baby it would have been due sept 29th giving a 2 week lieway would be the 11th or so of Oct. No way medically that baby is yours. unless you had sex a month later. Don't fall for it dude! If she insists on a dna make her pay for it cause its not possible!

No way. Pregnancy lasts 40 weeks...that is 9 months. If you had gotten her pregnant on January 1, she would have delivered on or around October 1. She delivered 33 days later than she should have if you were the father.

If there is any question, consider asking for a paternity test.

Pregnancies are actually 40 weeks (10 months) curly.

If you have any suspicions, ask her to do a DNA. If you're even thinking of asking this, looks like you're willing to step up to the plate. What's the worst that could happen?

A baby what? You are talking about 11-months there. Use your common sense. If the baby is a human being then the baby is NOT yours unless you encountered your old friend in February. Are you sure that it wasn't Ground Hog Day as opposed to New Years Eve?

Pregnancies don't last over nine months.
If you had sex on January 1st, but the baby was born November 2nd, that would mean she was pregnant for well over nine months.
It can't be yours.

no my original due date with my first daughter was Ocotber 26th, and I conceived Feb 2nd, if they pushed her due date up till Nov 3 it would mean she conceived even later.. i woul dsay not a chance, about a month too early.

DO A DNA NOW!!! You had sex so there is always that chance....>Babies come when they want get a DNA test and make sure for everyones sake, before all are too invested to move on. Maybe if your not, you may still want to be but wouldn't it always be great to know for sure??? GET R DONE!
