Ok I went to buy this pill and the pharmacist told me I could drink the two pills at the same time if I don't usually suffer from nausea when I was pregnant.
But on the label it said take the second dose within 12 hours.
Does it make a difference? I took them both at the same time

They've done studies showing taking both pills at once is just as efficacious as taking them 12 hours apart. It's just not on the label, but it is known that it is fine.

If you take them both at once you just have a higher risk of puking them up and then you'd have to buy more pills. You're alright though.
