The question was clear enough. You want a car dolly, it hooks to the trailer hitch of your truck and you drive the drive wheels of the car up on it and strap it down. You can rent or buy them.

Listen to the wise words of the first responder.

(For everyone else: He wants to tow/pull his small car behind his truck or RV or whatever when he goes on vacation. There is nothing wrong with either vehicle, he just wants to have them both when he gets where he's going, without two people having to drive.)

(Additional note to asker: Sorry if you're a she. I like "he"; there's less typing.)

In Australia we call it an A frame.

They are mostly illegal here now, and have there problems, if the towed vehicle is Auto you have to disconnect the drive shaft every time you pull it, and now must be fitted with a trailer brake.

Most travellers are now using car trailers, easy to hook up and NO wear on the car.

Pull a car up? If it is stuck try a chain if you are pulling the vehicle up onto a trailer you can use an electric winch,or if you don't have one of those try a come along.
