Personally I love to be up first things and out in the morning air, nothing beats just going for a walk when there's no noise and it's so peaceful but hey that's just me what about you?

well i love the fresh morning air especially on a cold winters morning. im up walking to work at 6.30am and enjoy the freshness of it and that 'the world hasnt quite woken up yet' feel to it.
but given the choice i would lie in like i do on the weekend because im a bit of an insomniac and really dont get enough sleep at night. and am not really a morning person by nature.im much more alive at night.
so love the mornings but prefer the lie in!..sounds a bit of a contradiction i know. but u cant burn the candle at both ends right.

I have to get up at 5AM every weekday morning for work so when the weekend is here I like to lie in until 10am, no later than that though otherwise I feel like I'v wasted half a day.

Weekends a good lie in and during the week up at 7.30 for the school run.

When I was younger I used to have a long lie with good looking girls but that don't happen so much now so yeah I'm like you now and get up early

I absolutely LOVE being up at 5:30 and going on a walk. I walk up the hill and look over the valley, and sometimes it's really foggy, and looks beautiful. and the fresh air is so invigorating!

Lie in during the cold dark winter weekends but have to be up bright and early during the week. Get up early during summer weekends / holidays too.

Actually, I am a night person. So I wouldn't call it a long lie because it doesn't start until very late, but I do sleep late.

Wake up really early, lie and rest for abit until the head and body come together, then straight up and on with the day.
