Does your (juvenile)criminal records( when I was age 15) still show up when employers do a background check when Im an adult(age 23).Although all the cases when I was juvenile are all long gone?

Juvenile records are ALWAYS sealed, unless it's a FEDERAL check, meaning only the F.B.I. can have access to these files. Anything on a state level is confidential. If it was your first and only youthful charge then chances are you had a youthful offender charge which is even more confidential. Besides the fact that the charge was eight years ago which is over the limit of the time that you would have to fess up to a crime. Don't worry about it, you're innocent in everyone's eyes.

I always thought that juvenile records were sealed automatically, but i have learned that there are a lot of factors that decide this.

I believe if you went to court and had to pay fines and whatnot, and was convicted, then yea i think so.
