There are too many things that you could affect in the past. I would like to see the future.

The future! I want to see how everything turned out or was it all for nothing, and if I don't like what I see I can always go back to the present and start making some changes. Besides it's so easy to mess up your future going into the past, or somebody elses. Who knows you might toss a can into a trash can, but it misses and some homeless dude who is supposed to save the president in the future runs to get the can and gets killed. Pop back into the present and what do you know the presidents dead and a new guy is leading us all to heck.

I agree with Kbear. Many things could change for the worse and effect my present life if I went into the past. I'd go into the future to get an idea of what mine will be like.

Any little thing you change in the past could create a negative chain reaction. I'd go to the future and learn how I should live the rest of my life (I'd probably bring back future lottery numbers too!).

BOTH! I would go to the past to change some stuff that I regret. And I would have to travel back to the future to get back to the present if that makes since.

The future, gain all the information I could then come back to the past & make a fortune as a prophet & inventor of "new" ideas/products!

The past, because there is no future. That is, nothing that takes place in the future is set in stone.
