Candy works for everyone- get a few different kinds of candy bars that each person likes to put in there. For the girls, get some Bath and Body Works type products, hair accessories, make-up, etc. Candles and spa products are good for all the females too. You can get some miniature bottles of liquor if any of the adults drink. You can also make or buy Christmas ornaments (or any other kind of craft) for each person. most adults use coffee mugs or tea cups. You can make some homemade foods (cookies, cakes, breads). Try Target's dollar section if you have one, they have tons of little things that range from $1-3, and there's often some pretty cool stuff there.

I love doing gift baskets. Here are some ideas, most can be found at a dollar store. Popcorn bags, like you would see at a movie theater, hot chocolate w/marshmellows and a cute mug with maybe a spoon. Maybe a pillow case, you could tie-dye yourself, or paint it. A couple candles, maybe a few favorite candies. Maybe a favorite movie of theirs. Hope that helps....

fuzzy slippers from target. Cheap DVDs of old movies like 16 candles ($5 at blockbuster). Some nail polish. Those individual packets of mud masks. Throw blanket. Those hair band thingies. Candy.

maybe a movie or two that's on sale, or a small - medium pillow or stuffed animal. and everyone loves slippers. possibly a magazine such as teen vogue, seventeen, tiger beat, GL or Elle Girl. and a box or bag of candy.
