I noticed a shiny round thing in my drivers side tire, i looked closer and it was a small tiny screw, so i pulled it out, it was about a week ago, could/would there be any damage to the tire?

If it's not losing any air it didn't do any damage.

Check the air pressure of your tire. If it is not leaking, then the screw didn't penetrate all the way through the rubber and you should be ok. If you find that you are losing air in the tire, then take it in and have a plug installed to fix the leak.

good luck.

That your tire has not deflated a week later probably means you are okay. However, to be on the safe side, put some "Slime" in the tire to fill any potential hole made by the screw.

Check the tire pressure frequently to be safe.

Good luck.

If it was a week ago and your tire did not get low yet then you are fine.
