I am sure they do but I dont care.Some times you have to be pain in the butt.

Sometimes!!!! Normally when someone calls u a pain in the butt- they dont actually have pain- they r just trying to tell u that u r driving them crazy!!!!

Probably depends on the circumstance... I mean butts can really be in pain sometimes.

They could mean it literally but normally they are refering to something or someone who is bothersome to them : )
