i need to build 2 large stables for kids christmas,i'd be greatfull to someone if they can tell me how?

Will these be permanent? Or are they just a nativity decoration?

For a nativity, just build a box using 2x4s, sheets of plywood or wooden fencing and build a 3 sided and roofed opening.
