Just Grand Jury proceedings for now (as of this morning, at least). They're trying to see if there's enough evidence to bring him & others to trial.

I think it's a preliminary hearing. (Is that the same thing as jury proceedings?) not sure.
Which is weird they would televise it if they havn't picked the jury yet.
Looks like he's gonna fly this time as well.
