favorite spice is dehydrated onions. You can use them in just about everything and they add not only a wonderful flavor but they add a great scent to your food and house! Not sure if they are considered a spice or not but they are found in the spice section of the store!

garlic, mint leaves,oregano,parsley,fresh ground pepper, I try to use everything fresh. Lately I am into saffron and spicy hot chili pepper seeds.
