In the long run it's probably better to regret something that you haven't done. But honestly it depends on what specifically you're talking about. It varies situation to situation.

i don't have any regrets.What is done is done and you can't take it back or change time.You just have to forgive yourself and move past the bad decisions you've made. An ask the people around you to forgive you if the were involved in the bad choices you've made.
