As far as Hillary goes, if anyone can show that this hard driven, ambitious, experienced and well qualifed woman ever puts her heart in front of her intellect when making political decisions I'd like to see it. She's got a hide tougher than rhino skin and a sharp intellect that is very apparent. The one area where she shows her heart is in regard to children and their welfare, and I have no problem with that at all. People who say this sort of thing really have a problem with women in general and as far as I'm concerned it disqualifies them from being taken seriously. Women have been shown to be great leaders in countries all over the world.
Women will be voting for Hillary in droves. Why? Not simply because she's a woman, but because she is a QUALIFIED woman. Women have been waiting for this day for a long time, but they would never vote for just any woman simply because she is one. We really are smarter than that.

The Queen of England is not a leader. She is a figurehead, as are the Princes, etc. That is all ceremonial. Maybe you should brush up on how the govt functions there. Prince Charles, for example, does nothing except photo ops and such. He has no Parliamentary power, House of Commons authority, or anything else. He is like an actor as is the Queen and the rest of the Royal family.

That can be viewed as a compliment. Men have a bad habit of running rough shot over others in their decision making with little care as to who they hurt as long as it makes practical sense. Women often take into special consideration small details that men would think irrelevant, such as who will my decision effect, what relationship will this help or harm.
Quite frankly, I have no problem voting for a woman, just not Hillary. I wish the US would produce a Margaret Thatcher or Golda Mayer.

If women think with their hearts instead of their heads, and that defines them, then by that definition, Hillary Clinton does not qualify as a woman.
She is incredibly analytical in her thinking, always calculating the odds.
Since she is definitely a woman, having given birth, this is not a reasonable definition.
Women come in all varieties, just like men do, and if this is the reason someone will vote republican, I'll take it.

well, the current queen is just a figure head, and not a leader - a better example would be margaret thatcher. anywho - men & women DO think differently, but those difference do not mean they cannot lead or run a country. most women run their homes, have a job, etc. we are fully capable of doing the same jobs as men, with of course some physical limitations involved. it's normally men who say stuff like that to justify their neanderthal thinking.

Women aren't exactly the same as men, but there have been so many great female leaders over the decades. I can't believe it's even a question in this country - a woman should have been elected long ago! And we think women are treated badly in Iraq - we don't exactly have equality here. Let's stop all the sexist decision-making and wage disparity! It's ridiculous!

It is a genetic fact .Women are wired to seek safety and be more emotional. They are primarily responsible for raising the offspring. Men think more logically and analytically. We are wired to be the protectors and providers. Like it or not as a rule Women should stay out of politics. The Queen is a figurehead. She does not make policy or decisions regarding the State. There are exceptions to every rule.

Hatshepsut and Cleopatra come to MY mind. In our modern age (from Elizabeth I to now) women leaders have done quite well in other cultures. A woman will do just as well in ours if given the chance.

There are natural differences between men and women that have absolutly nothing to do with being prejudiced. Science has proven this to be fact.
I'm not saying that a woman could not be a great leader though.
