Depends if you want it to grow to full size, and live for the 10 or so years that it should. In good conditions that little goldfish should grow into a big chubby 6" fish, and that's where the suggestion of 20 gal for one comes from. Sure people put them in 1 gal tank or bowls, and are amazed when they cling to life for 6 months. Sorry, but that's a fish keeping fail. A baby goldfish will be perfectly OK in a 10gal, for a year or two. Then it will be a medium size goldfish, and appreciate some more space. So it depends how far you are looking into the future... Some of my fish are 10 years old now, because I planned ahead and got a big enough tank. If you only have the space/cash for 10gal, that's fine, but there are better choices of fish. White Cloud Minnows are a small cold water fish. You can keep a bunch of them in a 10gal, and they will live happily and maybe even breed. No harder to care for then a goldfish, but with an adult size of only a bit over an inch, they wont outgrow the tank. Ian

Urine is completely immiscible with gasoline (petrol) and would therefore sink to the bottom of the tank. It would be unlikely that the tank would ever become so empty that he would dispense it. If he did it would go in a car with very little petrol and the car would breakdown as the urine would be taken from the lower section of the car's tank. The owner would be sued for the repair of the car and possibly face criminal prosecution for attempted fraud.
Reviewing the other answers this is the correct solution!!

That profit really doesn't matter we have bigger problems. How long did it take him to save 10 gallons of urine, were there cohorts involved, how much did each contribute, what had they been eating and drinking, how many vehicles bought the contaminated gas,how many neighborhoods did they contaminate, and last but not least I specialize in class action suits.

Most gas stations make their profit in beer and snacks. Selling fuel is not as lucrative as many think. Especially in California. We are one of the strictest (read:most expensive fees/taxes charged to the owner and passed on to the consumer as ANY business wd do) states for rules/laws/policies in the U.S.
Explaining why our fuel is more expensive than most states.

Considering all of the small claims for selling diluted gasoline he'd receive, I'd wager zero.
