The same rights as any other parent, unless a court orders otherwise.

A parent convicted of a sex offence against a child is likely to lose custody rights to his own children, and most likely only be allowed supervised visitation, but it's up to the court. If the victim(s) were his own kids, he's likely to lose all parental rights.

If the sex offence didn't involve kids, chances are it won't impact his parental rights at all, but, again, it's up to the court.
