How do i delete all my songs off my APPLE IPOD NANO??

I found it and im kepping it!!!
It has a lot of bad songs on it and i need to delete them!
Theres 2 albums full of them

Download iTunes (it's free) if you haven't already. You don't need a credit card or anything to make an account.

Then you'll need to go to WalMart or someplace like that and buy a USB cord. There's a pack that comes with the USB cord, a car charger, and an outlet charger for your iPod for like $20 or so.

Then plug your iPod into your computer, open iTunes, and authorize your iPod. Then go here:

You MUST follow the directions to put all the music from your iPod to your computer. There is no other way to get the music on/off unless you do this. It's easy, free, and there's nothing you have to download. It took like 15 min to get my 500 songs from my iPod to my computer.

After they have all downloaded and been put in your iTunes Library, open iTunes and at the top to the left click on iTunes Library. There will be a list of songs. All you do to delete them is right click and press delete. If you want to delete a whole bunch at one time, press Ctrl and then click on each name, then right click/delete.

Then to the left click on "_____'s iPod". Press "Sync" and there you go! GOOD LUCK!

decide on the tunes you opt to delete in the track area of itunes and proper click them, then bypass to delete. you will no longer be able to delete songs on the ipod itself, merely via itunes.

Second, to answer your question. Download iTunes and use it to remove/add any songs you wish. You will need a sync cable or dock.
