As in like the game or the word?

Taboo the game is where you have a word that you are trying to get your team mates to say but there is a list of similar words that you can't say.

Taboo the word is....
1: forbidden to profane use or contact because of what are held to be dangerous supernatural powers2 a: banned on grounds of morality or taste b: banned as constituting a risk

When something is "taboo", it means it's something you carefully avoid doing in the presence of the specific expected company you're keeping.

For example, if you're in a church, shouting out randomly is "taboo", but the same action is not "taboo" at a rock concert.

Hasbro actually took this concept and developed a rather successful board game out of it, where you need to have your team guess a word without giving them certain pre-defined clues. Like it might be easy to get someone to say "apple," but can you get someone to say it without giving them the clues "red", "cider", "fruit", "juice", "pie", or "core." Those words would be taboo.

Its a perfume! But its spelled TABU and its my all time favorite. I wear it every single day! What is taboo to one person is not always to the next. Kinda like Kinky is in the eye of the beholder! If u like it then its not kinky or taboo but to someone else it may be totally off limits! But in MY opinion- taboo would be incest or animals or children! Thats just a huge no no!!!!! Sick and perverted!

homosexuality to some extend is still taboo. People cover their mouths and cross their eyes anytime it comes up. I think what is taboo is based on cultures, location and time. It various.
