Better yet, why can't he say anything intelligent? Honestly, go back and listen to other presidential speeches or interviews. Then listen to a Bush interview. There's not an intelligent, well educated word coming out of his mouth! And the funny thing is, some people say that makes him more relatable! Are we so dumb in this country that we have to have a moron president who doesn't put anything into an intelligent context to be able to understand him?
