When you get home, put on a some nice relaxing music, fill up the tub with warm water, add some bubble bath if you like and soak in there while sipping some chilled wine. After you are done, have something to eat and go complete that project that you've been ignoring. Then take a nap. Later on, go to a movie with firends or just hang out. Don't be sad, it's not worth your time and effort. Tomorrow is a new day... look forward to it!

Actually, for me I actually go with "feel-good" movies and comedy. In the immortal words of Jimmy Buffett - "if we couldn't laugh we would all go insane!"

Listen to some music, go dancing with friends, family or maybe co-workers........ watch a funny movie.....read a book.....go for a walk( if the weather allows)........
