the transmission cooler may have busted loose inside of the radiator and that will cause this to happen ,the cooler is built in to the radiator so it will help cool the transmission fluid and sometimes they go bad,and will cause this, you need to check that though, that's the main thing that causes that too happen, good luck on it.

This indicates that coolant is mixing with the oil, indicative of a cracked block or blown head gasket. Do not run the engine. The engine will have to be rebuilt to some degree or replaced. Running the engine at this point will only cause more damage and potentially more $$$.

When you say water do u mean the radiator coolant or the windshield washer water? If you mean the radiator coolant ten you should have the system flushed out and pressure tested.

You have a cracked head or head gasket. The reason you sometimes have oil in water, but no water in oil is because of the different ports running through your heads. either way its not an easy or inexpensive fix.........Good Luck..TAG

You do not get oil in water from head gasket or block--you would have water in oil.
Take your car to a RADIATOR SHOP and get it fixed. You have a transmission oil cooler in your radiator and it is leaking.

your going to need a new radiator as the transmission cooler in the bottom of the radiator has busted and allowing tranny fluid into your radiator, get the cooling system flushed out after you get the new radiator and probably should have your transmission flushed also.
