look at the past, everytime a new culture tries to break away for freedom, there have always been people like you trying to oppress them by using fear, hate, and ignorence from so called sins and hell. do your remember what happend then, hate crimes, murders, riots, all things that you dont like to happen but make happen, no better then terrorists. this is not something new, this is just new to the big public (homosexuality). so why not just go on with your happy little lives and ignore them like you do science?

i am straight myself, im just tired of all the gay bashing, and people hating from not understanding, and marilyn, people like you are the exception.

People who have a true prejudice against gay or lesbian people will read this rant, and will either troll you, or simply laugh at it, and move on. Why? because they couldn't care less about your attempt at trying to re-orientate public conscience.
Also, gay and lesbian lifestyles are not new to the big public. Over the course of the last couple of generations, society has come to generally accept this type of lifestyle. There are many people who still don't agree with it, but they are willing to live, and let live, as they realize it has become part of mainstream society. So, get off your soapbox, because the crowd is moving away.

If I understand correctly, you're saying it it has always been in existance, but the public seems to only recently become aware of it. Well, that's not entirely correct. Same sex orientation has been in existance, and known to the big public throught history,especially in Greek culture, where it was accepted as part of their culture. It was common during the days of the Roman empire,and was generally accepted until Roman emperors made it a criminal offence towards the end of the days of the Empire. It was also well known during the Renaissance in Italy. Not to mention North American Native societies where members of a tribe who accepted their orientation at a young age, were often raised in the manner of whatever gender choice they made. It never was an underground and secretive society, as the public, no matter what ethnic backgorund or race, was well aware of its existance.

Just because some people disagree with being Gay does not mean We hate them...I have a bi sister who i love and talked to everyday but i do not agree with her choice in that area. I don't think its fair for people to act like we HATE if we don't agree with something. I mean the bible DOES say that being gay is a sin but i sin to i don't think its any worse of a sin than fornication it just is- i think this will probably be misunderstood but just thought i would share my point of view thanks.

i totally understand you. but i am not gay or bi, yes i'm straight! i do feel the same way you do. i can't stand people who talk mess or try to put down gays, lesbians, or bis. y can't they just let you live your lives? they are just so dumb!

Sorry, but to me your rant (however well intended) makes you part of the problem. Instead of trying show people why they are wrong, you basically tell them they are ignorant (yeah, they may be, but saying it does not help!).
