There is no restaurant in San Antonio which is specifically Cuban in nature. Azuca in Southtown on South Alamo specializes in Caribbean, Central and Latin American cuisine and is one of the Top 50 Hispanic Restaurants in the US.

La Marginal on Nacogdoches is a Puerto Rican Restaurant and probably comes closest to the Cuban cuisine you are seeking.

Azuca is very busy and with it's wider focus may not meet your needs as well.

Azuca in Southtown is good, but the wait time and service are sometimes defeating. A hidden gem is La Marginal at 2447 Nacogdoches, about a quarter mile north of Loop 410 in a shopping center to your left (you will see the name on the white rear wall of the building). La Marginal has the best Cuban sandwich and also great plantain chips. For more info

A great one is Azuca, 713 S Alamo St, its carribean, cuban, and latin. Another is La Marginal, 2447 Nacogdoches Rd, a friend of mine is cuban and says it reminds him of home. Hope these help ya out. I have been to Azuca personally and I loved the food and service was great
