Yes, I think some do. Usually though it is after they have given up there chosen profession and their mate doesn't know about there past. Either that our they marry others involved in the same industry; at least for porn stars.

I have met a few strippers who were married and their husbands actually frequented the strip club they worked at. I am not sure about escorts or porn stars, I am sure some do get married or are married.

Yes, I've known and spoken with many people in many areas of the sex industry (Dominas, escorts, strippers) who were married. In my experience being a dancer, about 50% of the women I worked with told me they had children. It was about the same for Dominas as well.

A lot of them are married and many have children. They work at these jobs not necessarily because they enjoy doing it but because they get much more pay than they would if they worked at a pink collar job.
