Why did you ask this question? I'm a big fan of the 90's and you do realize that there's too many songs and bands/artists to name just ONE! Ok, if I had to pick just one, I'd pick "Dear Mama" by 2Pac. That song is so real and touching it makes you wanna go get the phone and call YOUR mama and say "I love you!"
