This will probably get a lot of negative comments, but why is it that people come on here just to put other people down? Seriously, I don't get it. I see people posting answers calling people names, putting them down...and for what? They aren't doing anything wrong. These people must not be happy with themselves or they must have nothing better to do with their time. Who else agrees?

Valerie, i have to admit..i do agree. Although there are certain people who are just flat out rude, but there definitely some people on here who have NOOO common sense at all!

We are all guilty of being smartasses sometimes...Even you!

Do you think they are bitter here? Try the weddings section, it used to be fun, but now it's full of crass, uneducated, tacky, bitter, disgruntled, vindictive, inmature, ignorant, catty cows.

I think I'll be migrating to Music and Entretainment were people seem to have a cheerful positive attitude.

Good luck

PS/ Valerie, I think you are a lot fun ! From when on telling the truth became a bad thing. You stay as you are. Some people can use a cup of honestly in the morning.

Some, not all, of my posts are caustic. Intended to cut through the multitude of "god bless! spice it up! enjoy! talk to him!" answers.

What I love, though, are the losers who follow posters around to give our posts thumbs-down no matter what.

Example: Question: I feel like taking my own life.
Me: Don't do it! Call a hotline. Don't give up.

Thumbs-down.

Talk about bitter. Just because I didn't give these stalkers the answer they *wanted* to hear, I get reported and sent a violation notice by the Yahoo fascists. These people never let go of a grudge. It's the height of immaturity.

What a life they must have. Too childish to understand people might have a viewpoint different from their precious one.

I think some people let the bitterness show through a little too much sometimes.

Others get a charge out of smacking other people and being insulting (these are the children who should go play elsewhere and leave this to us adults)

Some feel they they need to throw a little cold water on the asker to give them a little wake up call.

I'm with Valerie...., besides it is very difficult to get a full picture of the problems/issues in this type of format, so a lot of answers are based on assumptions. I think to a degree, the anonymity allows people to be 'meaner' than they would be typically.

We have all different types of people on here & the best way to handle it is to ignore those that are really not here for helping others. Negative people love to get a reaction. Choose not to give them one.

Since we live in a diversified world, many will
express their opinions in their own way, and even
though sometimes it is not the right way to res-
pond to questions asked, society is what it is.
There are too many people in this planet that do
not care about other peoples feelings and will
actually enjoy getting them told, and again that
just proves that society today is what it is.

That is why you ask a question to get all kinds of answers. You don't want the same answer. That is why this is here. You take the answers you like and forget the ones you don't.
