That depends where you're from. In some states and or countries it IS LEGAL to be a prostitute. This is a person who HAS SEX for MONEY. This being it is legal in some states and or countries and it is ILLegal in other states and or countries.

It all depends on where you live and what is the relationship between the two individuals.
In some small populated counties in Nevada it is legal.
Also if the woman is legally married to the guy she is "charging" for sex, it is just MARRIAGE! LOL

In the U.S, it is. We call that prostitution. However, there are a few countries that allow sex for money as long as there is no "love" involved.
