In a session of congress, representatives on the floor from Michigan have seriously claimed that the state would "call up the militia" and would "take up arms" against the rest of the U.S., namely the western states, if anyone tries to use the Great Lakes for a water supply. What do you think about that.

EDIT- I am sorry GIVEN, but you are also a Great Lake state and could lose the water, I am surprised at where your loyalties lie. Funny though.

Plezurgui is right, it is a loopy left state that is going bankrupt.
The water is all we have left and even it is low and threatening to leave.

It is wonderful living in a Blue state. We have lost businesses and a lot of the people, so our Democrat governor knows nothing else but to raise taxes on people that are left here and a big majority have no jobs!

Michigan, what a great place to leave!

Too bad the western states didn't plan ahead before allowing unlimited expansion. Why should the midwest suffer because of their mistakes?

Michigan is the loopiest of the loopy Left. Besides, Michigan and Chicago have polluted Lake Michigan so badly that who would want to use it for a water supply? Lake Michigan is so polluted that it is now considered a source of pollution.

It has long been said that the next "big" war will be fought over water. Looks like it might be true.
