No this is not a legitimate Google item.
It is just another one of thousands of 'get rich quick schemes'.
The only people that are making money and getting rich are the ones that you are sending your money to.

Don't waste your money. Adsense works of these principles:
Good keywords to attract money making clicks.
Traffic to your site.
People to click the ads.
A good ratio is one ad clicked for every 50 pages visits. To make $200 a day, you would need about 40,000 page visits a day. Depending on your site and the number of ads per page, this could equate to 3,000 to ,unique 5000 visitors a day So as you can see, it's not impossible, but it's also not easy to achieve.
You can improve your chances by following Google's FREE advice on ad placement and colour schemes, or read the thousands of free tutorials available. The most important thing is to get visitors to your site and this takes time.
I can't see how any software can improve your chances, so I repeat - Don't waste your money.
