Sienna is a beautiful name. Im not in love with noelle but it does have a ring to it.

I like Noelle. Sienna is very trendy (it has risen in popularity by over 200 spots each year for the past three years) and is a place name and colour name, not a person name. If anything, I'd suggest Noelle Sienna. Noelle is much more unique and has character.

I like that combination for a first and middle name. It's beautiful. I have heard a lot of unique names working with school-age children, but I have rarely heard Sienna.

I think it is pretty. I just don't know if I like the na-no together (end of first name/beginning of middle name). But those are both beautiful names.
