All claims are on hold whilst the Court Case goes through....
anyone who claims they can get your charges back now is committing fraud ..
... and anyone who pays others to look after their finances deserves to be fleeced ..

no, but the banks owe me money and i have decided to do it myself, its not so hard, follow the instructions on wwwmoneysavingexpert.com. martin lewis has got it sussed, you will find template letters the lot .
