Generally, if there is a problem they would call you. Usually no news is good news. It's easier to contact people who have an abnormal pap test then everyone who have normal ones. Sometimes they'll send a letter in the mail to let you know it was normal.

Usually they dont contact you back unless there was something wrong with your results.

DEPENDS ON WHAT STATE.(DIFFERENT LABS), BUT USUALLY 1-3 WEEKS SOME TIME SHORTER
