Well, barring a constitutional amendment, if you were not born in the U.S. you cannot become President.
"No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States."

The note "all" is inaccurate. no longer "all" human beings voted for Obama. of those who absolutely voted, a mild majority voted Obama. Too many stayed living house and did not vote in any respect. As for why, i could not inform you why all and sundry voted for Obama. I voted smart. I voted for John McCain.
