The answer is 'In a direct way, NO.' On the other hand, between now and next November, there will be NO 'NEW' LEFT WING DRIVEL on the TV! No timely tid-bits of water cooler fodder to discuss. It could be interesting to see.... There will be no way to measure it with any kind of accuracy though.

As others have reported, i do no longer incredibly think of that the writers strike has effected the corporate, it incredibly is only the WWE that has effected the WWE. TNA is transforming into extra suitable by using the week too, so its no longer good information for WWE. The angles interior the WWE have been undesirable now for some years, it sort of feels very almost as though the WWE has taken a step right into a sparkling age of glamour, a good number of at the back of the scenes performing and all in all a extra kinfolk prepare. as a consequence leaving the classic blood and hardcore AKA physique of concepts era at the back of. it incredibly is as though the WWE do no longer choose to take any detrimental aspects anymore.

it's not like the writers' strike is affecting the local news, or NPR. I'm sure the Dems will still get enough coverage.
Though perhaps there will be less media coverage for the "I'm voting for Hillary just because she's a girl" crowd.
I still don't think it will be affected much, if at all. Those folks already have their minds made up, after all.

No, it won't have any effect. People aren't going to stop watching TV because there aren't new episodes. They manage to survive during the summer watching reruns of their favorite shows, how is this any different? What a strange hope to have I must say. The fact that the Republicans are doomed in the next election must be as obvious to you as it is to me lol.

It should. The left is predicting a dire economy and Hollywood thinks it's time to strike. Very incongruent.

I don't see what a writers strike in Hollywood has anything to do with the presidential race.
You guys are really starting to stretch don't you think?

America don't need Hollywood to point out Conservative Republican's flaws.............
Conservative Republicans do a fine job of that by themselves!!!
and If you don't see it, you are either top 1% rich or you are brainwashed.....There is NO in between here!!!!!

I don't think it will have an effect on Politics, other than to make the unions more prominent in the news.

What? Since when have movies and tv shows quit coming out?
maybe they have, not that I'd really notice, because I don't watch tv much, but this would be catastrophic to American culture.
