Willful contageous stupidity. People who hold onto their stupidity for dear life in the face of things that might teach them something, and are even so zealous in the defense of their stupidity that they insist everyone else around them needs to be stupid in exactly the same way.

The PHONE, that's why I hate 'cold' sellers who phone to sell you stuff you don't want. They are such a pain and always phone at mealtimes.
